This appears to be a way to replace the superfund.   Let wildlife soak up the toxins your company put into the environment, hold a public relations fishing derby, and donate the contaminated fish to the poor. 

Possibly shortening their lifespans, thus reducing their requirement for Medicare and Medicaid.

Yes, yes…I’m extrapolatng quite a bit at the end there.
